Richard Hendrix '74

Richard Hendrix is a 1974 graduate (cum laude) of Davidson College. He graduated from Emory Law School in 1977. Currently, he is the Senior Partner at the Atlanta law firm of Finch McCranie LLP, a litigation boutique. His practice focus is civil and criminal litigation in state and federal court. He formerly served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Atlanta.

Mr. Hendrix has been a Trial Lawyer for over 45 years and has tried to a jury over 100 cases in his career. He teaches Trial Advocacy as an Adjunct Professor of Litigation at the Georgia State Law School in Atlanta. He serves on several non- profit Boards in Atlanta and has been a Ne Ultra contributor at Davidson, having also been a member of the Fidelis Society. He and his wife Carol Anne have 3 sons.
