Kevin Cook '09

Kevin Cook graduated from Davidson College in 2009 with a B.S. in Biology and Political Science, to which he added a Master of Public Administration degree from Syracuse University in 2010. At Davidson, he was member of the NCAA Division I wrestling team, and began his close association as a Student Caller for the College Annual Fund.

His post-graduate career began as Technology Commercialization Associate at SUNY Upstate Medical University for three years. This was followed by a year-and-a-half as Assistant Director of Annual Giving at Hamilton College, and then Director of Parent and Family Giving at The College of Wooster, before returning to Davidson’s administration in 2017.

Kevin recently completed six productive years of devoted service to Davidson College as a Major Gifts Officer, the Coordinator of Student Engagement at The Jay Hurt Hub, and then for the last two years as the Director of Gift Planning. Kevin will now lead DFTD efforts for the continued benefit of alma mater, its students, faculty, alumni, and administration.
